Recruitment Requirements
List of relevant documents needed for registration
- 2 recent passport sized photographs
- Proof
of identity - valid Passport or Driving License (photo card)
- Copy of work permit to work in the UK (if applicable)
- Proof
of address - i.e. recent utility bill, rent book, bank statement
- Proof of National Insurance Number
- £45
cash or cheque to pay for the CRB (under the current government legislation you will need to conduct a CRB with our company
even if you have a recent copy from your previous employer)
- Education - Certificates to support qualifications
stated (if available)
- Minimum Pre NVQ in Care (should be ready to work towards your NVQ/QCF)
- GP Name
and Address and Inoculation dates for Vaccinations
- Hep B, Tetanus, Polio, German Measles, Tuberculosis
- Tax
requirements - either
- P45 from previous employer
- P38 for students
- P46 (available at time of interview)
- Two
referees - two professional references (ONE of them should be your previous or current manager/employer)
