Our management has over 8 years management experience working in the Domiciliary Care Sector we understand the need for personalisation and vigorously apply it during service provision. We currently supply PA's, Home Carers, Support Workers to individuals and local councils. Our service is centred on the personalisation agenda and also identify the need in the domiciliary care market to supply bi-lingual or multi-lingual home care workers, support workers or PA's to work in the sector.

Our database of staff alsoinclude people with language skills such as: English, Bengali Chinese, Iraqi, Hindi, Gujarati, Kashmiri, Panjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Greek etc.. All our staff are Enhanced CRB checked and go through a rigorous recruitment process before they are placed with clients.

As an NVQ training centre all our staff are NVQ L2/3 in Health and Social Care trained or working to achieve the qualification.

If applicable, we will charge the official rate your local council pays you, subject to receiving a confirmation of proof from your local council
