Job Description
• You will have responsibility for leading the assessment, support planning and review process for new referrals.

• Core tasks include person-centred assessment and planning, risk assessment and reablement for some of Surrey’s most vulnerable citizens.

• You will offer guidance and support to less experienced colleagues in the team.

• You will be involved in carrying out safeguarding investigations.

• The successful candidate will routinely work with cases that present particular complexities arising from e.g. legal issues, statutory requirements, disputes within families or the need to make best interest decisions.
