Our training programme is structured to on the foundation of personalization and our carers are trained in areas of lifestyle enhancement to promote overall wellbeing. We strive to enable our client to positively achieve a better outcome in on our clients’ lives.
To ensure best practice, we use specialist training materials and framework to offer a comprehensive training programme to all our staff. This approach encourages best practice, and all carers need to undergo training.
Our induction training programme entails personal care, medications administration and first aid through to specialist training complex conditions, including dementia and Parkinson’s, as well as those that will enhance lifestyle including culture, communication and our unrivalled cookery programme.
Our training and induction programme, incorporates interactive workshops, e-learning and reflective practice. Following induction training all our carers receive on-going coaching and mentoring once placed in a client’s home to ensure they are able to deliver the quality of care our clients should expect.
